On Oct. 16, 2018, the man allegedly tried to leave the Home Depot at 3051 E. Main St. in Cortlandt with unpaid for merchandise, according to New York State Police in Cortlandt.

Anyone with information regarding the possible identity of the man is asked to contact the State Police investigator Melendez at 914- 769-2600. Give reference number 8532475.
